EFT and Weight Loss
Overweight and Food cravings can be difficult to overcome.EFT is a usefull therapeutic weightloss technique.
Losing Weight is too general to work with. You have to look for Core Issues:
- I am not losing weight
- I have to much weight to lose
- I can't stick to a menu plan
- I have food cravings
- I don't like to exercise
- ...
At our EFT Website on www.eft-tapping.learnandenjoy.com we have created an EFT Weight Loss Script.
Our Weight Loss Script is based on the Choices Method by Patricia Carrington.
Steps to follow:
- Choose the Core Issue for Weight Loss (ex.i have food cravings).
- Select 12 phrases out our list to tap on
- Rate your issue and choose your SUD-level
- Choose the speed of the script
- Tap on the Karate Chop point while repeating the three Choice Statements
- Tap Round 1 with negeative phrases, ex. I can't control this craving
- Tap Round 2 with negeative phrases, ex. I choose to feel inspired now.
- Tap Round 3 with mixed negeative and positve phrases.
- Re-Rate your issue and choose a new SUD-level
- Keep on tapping until you have reached a SUD-level of 0.
We are planning to expand the script for other issues like fear, depression, ..
